I love love love these!! I'm just starting with thinking hats / skills and these sorts of questions are real puzzlers. They get all abilities thinking and all children are able to answer without feeling pressure of a right or wrong answer.
Yes I do too. I remember a long time ago when I studied Sociology. The tutor started our very first lesson with 'How many ways can you use a house brick?' Goodness me we came up with some unusual answers. I think these sorts of questions get children thinking outside the box as such. Lateral thinking.
